Hello and welcome to my Happy World of Herbalife, 
well no so happy actually as the sun has vanished from Glasgow and it appears that the summer is well and truly over sad
So as i sit with my hands wrapped round a hot mug of Herbalife thermo bev i can only imagine how cold the guys taking part in loch ness monster swim on saturday must of felt.

Hello and welcome to my happy world of Herbalife, 'Sweat is fat crying as it leaves the body' , so funny, I love all these wee sayings I pick up from Facebook & motivational sites. Well my 12 week lifting programme started on Monday :) excited? Me? Yeah....... Just a bit. I love lifting heavy things. So over the next few weeks there will be a lot of crying fat lol. My goal over the next few weeks is really just to get in proper shape, learn to lift like a mother trucker & I would like to drop 10% body fat. This would for me mean 1 dress size I reckon. With summer ( well if it arrives) just round corner, I need a goal or target in mind. My friend gets married in August & I'm delighted to be one of her bridesmaids , so this will also be at the forefront of my mind when getting dead lifting like a lady :). LOL, I don't think I'm hard enough not anyway near mental enough. Tough Mudder is not for the faint hearted, see my link. 
But the point is we need goals, however small or however challenging. 'A goal without a plan is just a dream' or something like that :) but its true, not always easy, but having a target is the best thing when it come to fitness and health goals. So Tough Mudder anyone????
