Hello and welcome to my happy of Herbalife,

Well whilst i dragged myself through last weeks Crossfit Glasgow class, it did enter my mind why i had ever stopped after my fundamentals training?? it seems to take so long to find fitness and a matter of weeks or months to loose it, life's not fair.
 
So allow an enjoyable class last week, since my legs have been struggling to get me round Glasgow, well at least without looking like John Wayne. They call it the DOMS lol, delayed onset of muscle soreness.

So i think it was around Sunday when the pain eased, just in time for my 7:15 Crossfit this morning, they say never miss a Monday, who? who says that because when my alarm went off this morning i could of it them with it.

Anyway now that its Monday evening and i can spend it relaxing with the dog and watching the world go by on great western rd, i get the never miss a monday thing, well kind of, a wee bit, just a wee bit smiley 

pre workout: banana, might try half banana next time, it didn't settle to well
post workout: Herbalife cappuccino shake with two scoops of F3 protein powder

Hello and welcome to my happy world of Herbalife

Well its only taken several months of waiting but at last I'm on the map :)
So this is perhaps your first, but I'm sure not last visit to my site. So regardless of where you are in your Herbalife journey, you must appreciate that Herbalife is a not a quick fix, its a lifestyle change.

At Herbalife its all about a HAL, Healthy Active Lifestlye :)
We follow a simple 2-4-1 rule. Two litre's of water at least a day, Four (to five) meals a day and one form of physical activity, which could be something as simple as walking instead of taking the bus or car.

Hello and welcome to my Happy World of Herbalife,

Its a fact FAT doesn't make you FAT, SUGAR does. 

Oh how I have learned so much whilst on my journey and working with Herbalife. This Glasgow girl like most girls had it all wrong. We have been brought up in a culture of low fat this and half fat that, we all have been fooled into believing that were making informed and healthy choices. But if this was the case, as a nation we wouldn't be gradually and steadily becoming fatter and more unhealthy, would we.
