Hello and welcome to my happy world of Herbalife,
Well its might chilly here in old Glasgow town, but nothing a lovely warm cup of Herbalife thermo tea wont sort out.
It's also, if you ask me, the official time to start roasting loads of veggies and making pots of my grannies lentil soup:)
Recently i have been trying to use coconut oil in my cooking etc because I'm aware of it's tremendous benefits ( see above )
Last night I roasted some veggies and simple replaced my olive oil with coconut oil, and it was great. The coconut oil gave a lovely sweetness to veg and only the slightest hint of coconut taste, if thats something your unsure about. So success all round. Now for another cup of Herbalife Tea x
