Hello and welcome to my happy world of Herbalife
Its a cold and wet day in Glasgow, but we're still smiling ( just ) I have some interesting news and developments in my wee Herbalife world. Starting this Friday I along with some Herbalife friends will be launching a West End Fitclub,  in Botanical Gardens. Its Free exercise for all, so no worries if you've been parked on sofa for six months. It starts 9:30 but I'm actually thinking we might push it to 10 in the coming weeks, lets see how the traffic goes for those traveling from all over.
In the mean time have a gander at the article,

Hello and welcome to my Happy World of Herbalife

Its a lovely frosty morning in glasgow. Well they are too many reasons to list, why you should join the healthy active lifestyle with Herbaife. But a good reason why you shouldn't eat junk is that it damages your memory..what yeah, not only will you be unhealthy, possible fat but you will have no memory.....well perhaps on the plus side you would forget how bad you feel and how half your clothes don't fit you properly lol.

So hello and welcome to my happy world of Herbalife,
So half way through Jan 2014 and already those new years resolutions are a bit hazy, if you can remember them at all. But lets face it the years, weeks, months fly by you find yourself never achieving nothing, not even small things you said and still feel you want to do.
A dream board/vision board is way to put it all out there, lay it out in a very easy way, a way that at a glance you are reminded about all those thoughts and things that you want. It can be very short term things you want to do and evening class for example or dye your hair a bright colour or longer term goals to change jobs, relocate, get out of debt. The thing is, its your dreams, your hopes and your beliefs, there is no right or wrong way to do it, just put it out there.
Last year I completed my first Dream Board, the hardest part for me was i didn't know what I wanted, it wasn't until I took the time that I realised that firstly I have so much more than I thought and big material possessions are not my thing but doing a meditation class was something that I had wanted to do from a young age and never did for whatever reason. So it went on my board and around the middle of march I came across an ad for a meditation block, so I booked it and went. It only took me 20 years lol :)

Have a happy day, love from Glasgow

Hello and welcome to my happy world of HERBALIFE It's a foggy day in Glasgow, can hardly see your hand in front of your face. Days like this it's easy to just stay in under a duvet watching crap tv and probably eating crap food( if you have any in your cupboard) I have decided that I can no longer have anything bad, even for the very occasional treat in my cupboards, this Glasgow lass has no willpower at times. I can try and blame the weather., making me want to nest in a duvet and never step foot outside and comfort eat but basically if it's not there I can't eat it. For a brief moment this morning boxercise with Zander @ Slim Scotland centre didn't seem to appealing, but I moved my butt and went. I think we tend to over think, well I do. So less thinking = more doing, no crap in cupboards = not eating crap. Simple Have a happy day, love from Glasgow x
