Oh how I have learned so much whilst on my journey and working with Herbalife. This Glasgow girl like most girls had it all wrong. We have been brought up in a culture of low fat this and half fat that, we all have been fooled into believing that were making informed and healthy choices. But if this was the case, as a nation we wouldn't be gradually and steadily becoming fatter and more unhealthy, would we.
