Hello and welcome to my happy world of Herbalife,
'Sweat is fat crying as it leaves the body' , so funny, I love all these wee sayings I pick up from Facebook & motivational sites.
Well my 12 week lifting programme started on Monday :) excited? Me? Yeah....... Just a bit. I love lifting heavy things. So over the next few weeks there will be a lot of crying fat lol.
My goal over the next few weeks is really just to get in proper shape, learn to lift like a mother trucker & I would like to drop 10% body fat. This would for me mean 1 dress size I reckon. With summer ( well if it arrives) just round corner, I need a goal or target in mind. My friend gets married in August & I'm delighted to be one of her bridesmaids , so this will also be at the forefront of my mind when getting dead lifting like a lady :).
My trainer posted link to a great blog, so have a read & go lift heavy things.
