Welcome to my Happy world of Herbalife. I really love living in the west end of Glasgow on days like these, sitting at my window, watching the world roll by on great western road with a cup of my favourite Herbalife Thermo Tea in my hand.
Its times like these I really appreciate being my own boss as a Herbalife distributor. 

For breakfast today I had a pina colda Herbalife protein shake, yum yum delicious. Its been so long I forgot how good this recipe is. So to make yours all you need is two scoops of Herbalife F1 in tropical flavour, mix with pineapple juice, add a splash of coconut milk and whizz in the blender or alternatively use one of Herbalifes handy protein shaker cups and shake it all up. So easy, that's the beauty of Herbalife shakes they are so quick and packed full of all the vitamins & nutrients your body requires.  

Well my plans for the rest of the day are to wash all my Herbalife gym gear for next week so I am ready for training, got couple of emails to send with regards to sports nutrition & prices. Cook myself a lovely healthy dinner and enjoy my protein bar with a cup of thermo tea for afters.

Some neighbours have commented on my weight loss recently, so they are popping in tomorrow for a Herbalife shake party. Its a fantastic opportunity to sample the tasty Herbalife protein shakes and find out the prices of all the Herbalife products. Can't wait it will be great fun.
