Tabata Video Workout

Ready to work the body in less time than it takes to make lunch?  All you need is eight minutes to complete this high-intensity Tabata workout — perfect for when you want to a lot of burn calories in little time.  During each Tabata set, you'll alternate between two total-body exercises, that will build lean muscle while also getting the heart rate up, up, up.  You'll work hard for 20 seconds, taking a 10-second rest in between each move.  Try this fun and easy way to melt the fat away!
