I eat fast, according to my boyfriend lol.... I have never noticed since I mostly eat by myself at meal times. But when eating together i always do finish first, some kind of inbuilt speed shoveling skill
So new year new start, I am going to try and slow it down and also consume water during my meal not just once i have finished it.
