Shock, horror!
I have lost 7lb, I feel energised and fab things are starting to happen!
I'm amazed I havent found it as hard as I thought and that the wellness i feel has led to other amazing things to happen. Heres a list of whats happened so far;
- My spots are disappearing
- I have given up all fizzy drinks and squash (i was addicted to a well known diet drink)
- I now love drinking water
- I'm snacking on healthy treats (which has been a long time!)
- My hunger levels are at the correct times during the day (Ihad a problem with evenings)
- My nails and hair are healthy
- I know this sounds weird but things in the bedroom department have improved! (i think its down to energy)
- The medication i have to take are working better than before and i have been able to reduce 2 of them because my body is working more efficently.
- AND i'm more determined that ever before!
I'm about to go out now to see a nutritionalist who is interested in recommending our products to her customers, very exciting!

My weight has gradually stayed the same for the last 2 weeks but i know i've lost the inches from measuring and by my clothes starting to fall down. Sometimes this happens as your weight and muscle mass re-distribute and you can see results through measuring lots of different areas. It is so important to understand that its completely normal to plateau and the rate at which people lose weight differs. At some point in your weight loss journey, you will see you have stopped losing weight, so this is the period where we will support you and change your plan to suit your body.
Today i met with a new customer that has tried everything including becoming more active. We targeted the problems and addressed them with the products that will support her.

I was on crutches at the beginning of the year for back problems that stopped me standing or walking for very long before i couldnt stand anymore. I'm now not having any prodlems and can't believe it was nutrition all along!

NUTRITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS - Part 1 - Core Nutrition
I will be posting more information every week, heres the first part that explains the recommended core products for weight loss or gain. We personalise every plan so that we take into consideration your eating and diet habits along with a health evaluation.
UNDERSTANDING CELLULAR NUTRITION - Cellular Nutrition performs three functions; cleansing, absorption, cellular regeneration
Proteins: Our organs deteriorate if they don’t get an adequate supply.
Carbohydrates: The body’s preferred energy source to fuel cellular metabolism
Fats: Provide the most concentrated possible energy source within the diet.
Vitamins and Minerals: Absorbed within five hours, they must be replaced daily
Oils: Preserve the structural and functional integrity of the cells.
FORMULA 1 SHAKE
(Food) Suitable for vegetarians.
Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Tropical Fruit, Cappuccino, Cookies and Cream
Contains: Vitamins, Minerals, Proteins & Essential Fats: A balanced meal.
Quantity: 2 table spoons (26g) of powder in each shake in a blender. (except Cookies and Cream where you should use a shaker instead)
Shake Base: 250ml of any of the following: half fruit juice half water mix; Soya Milk, Rice Milk, Goats' milk. Normal Cows' milk, but only in the quantity you are used to having on a daily basis.
If using water as the base, take 3 dessert spoons.
Weight Loss: 2 shakes per day and 1 balanced meal
Weight Maintenance: 1 shake per day and 2 balanced meals
Weight Gain: 3 shakes per day after each meal.
