Day 1 of my weight loss journey!

Shock, horror!
I took a picture of myself this morning and i was going to post it here but i think i will leave it until i have shown some weightloss because believe me, my picture is horrible! I'm obviously fat but it was a shock because i dont look at myself in a full length mirror!
Today is my first day of the milkshake diet with Herbalife.
I have done the shake diet with Herbalife about 4 years ago and i did lose 2 stone but over the course a 6 months. Then i tried again last year for a week but to no avail. But the BIG reason is that I wasnt really serious and i didnt use anything else.
I also went to Weight Watchers in my local area and it just doesnt suit me as i found it hard not to be hungry in the evenings, which is my whole problem.
My medication has put the weight on me and my sedentary lifestyle.
I've had Crohns Disease since i was 16, im now 33 with 3 children. I've had an awful time with it and i think thats why i have such a problem with food. When i was on the Herbalife shakes my illness got better and i then had the normal tests and they found NO Crohns Disease at all! I was completely flabbergasted because its a disease, it doesnt go! I can only put it down to 3 things and i'll tell you about it tomorrow.
That year i was cleared of the Crohns, i was diagnosed with Bi Polar Disorder and put on a concoction of pills which put on weight. It was slow at first but then when the pills were increased and more added, the weight really started piling on. Due to this mental illness i was hiding at home and didnt go out. Mostly i was in bed and 3 years of that would put weight on anybody.
