Welcome to my blog.........not really sure how these things work but I'll give it a go :) I am well and truly on my Herbalife journey and loving it so far! Body fat down, muscle mass up......it's all good. An big bonus is that I feel better in myself, I have been on anti-depressants for years, felt sluggish and lethargic with no energy but I can honestly say I feel the best I have in years. I have my own weight loss and fitness goals and I'm getting there, healthily! Fitclub on a Tuesday night in St Columbkille's is fab, great workout but loads of fun to, and I've got myself a bike.........yes watch out if you are out and about, not been on a bike since I was about 12!! I'm loving the shakes, they are delicious, filling and packed with so much good nutrition you would be hard placed to find a breakfast or lunch to match it in the nutrition stakes! Today I had Tropical for breakfast and Toffee Apple and Cinnamon nom nom :)
