Making time to exercise

I had 20 minutes spare yesterday in my busy schedule so I put on my trainers & ran 1.5 miles but increased my pace slightly to get my heart rate up.

why not use the stairs rather than the lift.

If you have children, involve them, I pick my 6 year old up & do squats with them. Skipping in the garden is a good family thing to do. Make time to be healthy & feel better.
