WATER, WATER,  WATER,  make sure you keep hydrated guys, our body is nearly 70% water so we need to replenish it as this will aid with weight loss, good for your skin, digestion, control body temperature , lubricate your joints,  organs & tissues. You can always add lemons to it. Try to aim for at least 2 litres a day , more if your exercising , before, during & after.

 ALOE CONCENTRATE  this  is a great cleanser & fantastic for helping with digestion & constipation. Add 1capful to a glass of water, original or Mango.

HYDRATE- This is great for during exercise.
