5 Minute Full-Body Workout
Sometimes (or maybe most of the time), getting motivated to work out can be rough. We get it. So we made a short workout — it's only five minutes long — with a very entertaining trainer. If calling out the thematically named exercises (think koalas and kangaroos) doesn't get you smiling, listen for the pickup lines — there are many perfectly cheesy ones sprinkled throughout the sweat session. Leg Stretches
It's so easy to skip stretching, but don't! Staying flexible is an important part of staying fit, plus it can help with injury prevention. This five-minute video will lead you through some basic leg stretches that your hips and knees will appreciate too. Do a bit of cardio to get your blood flowing then grab a towel to help deepen the stretches.
