5 Minute Full-Body Workout

Sometimes (or maybe most of the time), getting motivated to work out can be rough.  We get it.  So we made a short workout — it's only five minutes long — with a very entertaining trainer.  If calling out the thematically named exercises (think koalas and kangaroos) doesn't get you smiling, listen for the pickup lines — there are many perfectly cheesy ones sprinkled throughout the sweat session.  See how many you can count!  So grab some light weights if you have them, press play, and get ready to find your inner kangaroo.
