Now that the colder weather is upon us here is another option to your shake: Porriage the Herbalife Way - 2 scoops Formula 1 Shake Mix (any flavour), 1/3 cup dry rolled oats, 2/3 cup skim milk and of course Personalised Protein Powder (to suppress the hunger craving) - cook oats in milk, then stir in Formula 1 Shake Mix and Personalised Protein Powder. You can have as is or top with fruit or honey. One serve = 1 meal replacement
