Relax Now

Relax Now® is an herbal formula for occasional stress, the kind that comes with a full inbox or a long week. It's made with jujube, passionflower and ashwagandha, herbs traditionally used to help you cope with occasional stress and maintain a healthy mood*.

Take one to two tablets a day. The 30-tablet bottle lasts two weeks to a month. Most people take it in the afternoon or early evening, when the day's tension tends to show up.

It isn't a sleep aid, and that's the most common mix-up. If the problem is falling asleep, Sleep Now is the one with melatonin, taken 30 minutes before bed. Relax Now is for the stretch of the day before that. Some people use both, at different times of day.
