Liftoff®

Liftoff® is what we hand people who are tired of the 3 p.m. slump and tired of the sugar in a big energy drink. Each serving has 75 mg of caffeine to help you feel energized and focused*, plus panax ginseng, vitamin C and a spread of B vitamins that support energy metabolism*.

It comes two ways. The effervescent tablets drop into a glass of water and fizz; they're individually wrapped, so a few can live in a gym bag or a desk drawer. The stick packs mix into 8 oz of water and add Ginger Beer and Cola to the classic flavors: Lemon-Lime Blast, Ignite-Me Orange, Pomegranate-Berry Burst and Tropical Fruit Force.

People take it mid-morning or mid-afternoon, before a workout, or on a long drive. Not at bedtime.

The question we hear most is how much caffeine it has: 75 mg per serving. If you also drink coffee or Herbal Tea Concentrate, add up the caffeine from all of them across your day. Liftoff and the tea are a common pair, but most people have one in the morning and the other later, not both at once.
