Ensure pastas, rices, bread, potatoes and bananas are restricted, but fill up on proteins such as chicken, turkey red meats, fish and eggs. Use spices to whizz up the taste, and veggies to fill your plate.

Drink at least 2 litres of water a day - this flushes your system through and its amazing how it can help flatten that tum.
