You will find it is much easier to stick to small goals. Take some time today to set a small goal for yourself and write it down on paper or journal it on iChange. Better yet, tell someone else so that you will feel more compelled to stick with it.
Some ideas:
lose five percent of body weight
exercise three times a week
drink green tea (which helps promote weight loss).
snack on fresh fruits and vegetables during your day.
Grab a trash bag and clean your pantry, cupboards, refrigerator, and freezer of all junk food. Don't be timid... Toss all chips, cookies, ice cream, sugar cereal, rich sauces and spreads, candy, soda and anything else that you know is processed or that will tempt you to eat too much.
