So the day started at 6.30am with some weights for 30 minutes. then it was off to the day time job. Busy day and just couldnt wait to get moving at my class. Diner with family at 6pm then straight to teach my 7pm Pilates class at Eden ( kilroot) Orange Hall. fabulous class and great to see the ladies push to execute at a higher difficulty level. good to hear that everyone including me had both shakes consumed, protein intake on target and the herbal tea, wow do i love it. what other cupa burns 80 calories a cup guys!! and puts your energy through the roof. home at 8pm and its emails, txts and facebook communications, followed by some weights for 30 mins and now the wind down and Niteworks to help chill me out and get me a sound restful and refreshing sleep. ahhhh I love my job guys. i work hard, play hard and Herbalife rewards me really well for helping people achieve their Health and Fitness goals, no other company does it quite so well. xx
