Hello Gym and Shake buddys,
 
I havent had a chance to write a blog for a couple of weeks now, due to being so busy with work and kids and cars, illnesses etc! So I have some questions for you all....
Two weeks ago I had a massive pay rise.....Question: Was is because I work so hard? Or Is it because Im now thin?
My boyfriend gave me 100 euros for clothes shopping and he also bought us a new car.....Question: Is it because Im an amazing girlfriend? Or because I now have better legs?
I brought a new bra A cup...........Question: Is it because Ive lost so much weight? Or because the shops have made a massive error on all bra sizing lately?
 
Joking aside, I do believe all this healthy living is making a massive improvement on all aspects of my life.
Im so much more positive and look and feel better which helps to put a smile on my face everyday. Also, where before, on my nights out, us girls would sit and moan about our partners, I now go to the gym, where its all about me. I can totally concentrate on what Im doing for myself, and by the time Im in the spa after my gym session, any stress and worries have faded away!
 
Ive had a week off the shakes as had a very bad cold but tomorrow im back on it and cant wait! Definitely feeling the difference!
