Let me know what it is. You need to get as close to your protein factor each day as possible to be able to burn/lose that extra fat. The protein will also help to build lean muscle.
There is 20g of protein in each shake. 
Each scoop of personalised protein powder has 5g
The snacks each have 10g (Soup, soy nuts, bars)
For example for dinner a chicken fillet has 25g of protein.
With 2 shakes a day that's 40g so you need to make sure you are getting the rest from other sources!!!
