First of all, if you really want some goodies, then have them. Give yourself permission to have them and enjoy them guilt free.
Secondly - try to load up on protein. Have a bacon sausage and egg fry up to satisfy those cravings and fill you a little more.
Third - always, always take at least your breakfast shake.
You may not lose anything but chances are you wont put any on either and can then get back on track first thing Monday.

But how can you make sure you get enough? Well look at what you eat! A chicken breast has about 25g protein. So 3 a day is perfect, breakfast lunch and dinner time. Not keen having chicken for breakfast? Me neither, which is why I have a healthy Herbalife meal shake - I ensure I get everything I need as a great boost every morning.
