I benefici delle proteine - Benefits of the proteins
English follows (segue la traduzione in inglese)
ENGLISH
Proteins are the "building blocks" of the body, one of the key nutrients for building muscles, needed for repairing the damage of muscles every day, especially during sleep, because during the movement you not only consume the "fuel" supplied by carbohydrates (bread, pasta, sugar, etc ...) but chafe and consume the same muscles that become more tiny: in practice, the human body does not consume only the "fuel" (carbohydrates), but also the "engine" (muscles) which uses this "fuel".
The most important muscle in the human body is the heart, it works tirelessly, 24 hours a day. This is why proteins are more important than what they say around: if the heart is not repaired and reinforced on a daily basis, it becomes weak like any other muscle, until the day he no longer works well. A day that each of us would like to avoid reaching!
How much protein is needed for each person, seen that everyone has a different body?
The ideal amount for those who do not practice sport is 1 gram per kilo of body weight. A person weighing 60kg needs 60 grams of protein per day .
For those who practice sport ideal is at least 1.5 grams of protein per day. An athlete weighing 60 kg needs 90 grams of protein per day.
These are general values, depending on the type of sport, if the person has health problems, etc ...
In addition, the muscles consume more calories than fat, even at rest just to stay alive: this is why having more toned muscles allows you to burn more, helpingyou maintaining physical fitness.
Returning to the example of the motor and fuel: certainly a Ferrari burns more fuel than a Fiat Panda. More muscle = more powerful "engine " = more "fuel" burned out. So the " tank " (fat) empties faster.
The recommendation is to drink lots and lots of water, because proteins carry an increased workload for the kidneys, which need to be helped by a greater amount of water. Respecting this rule does not take risks in eating the amount of protein needed .
Many studies consider that the meat is harmful to the presence of many toxins of animal origin, toxins which are released at the time of killing and agony of the animal to the slaughterhouse. In addition, the farm animals are fed sometimes unnaturally, stunned for long periods with psychiatric drugs and antibiotics. The test Bioenergetics of Virus and Bacteria did find that many miasmatic poisoning are due to their reckless overuse of pork and beef. The meat is that food that better hides bacteria and toxins.
The cliché that "flesh makes good blood" is to be discredited. The protein and iron of animal origin may be replaced by those of plant origin much more healthy and rich in minerals and vitamins, such as nuts, legumes and vegetables.
In any case, the ability of assimilation of protein by the body is about 30%.
This means that if you eat 100g of protein the body only uses 30gr. So if you eat 60gr the body only uses 18 gr. The rest is excreted as waste. It also means that we should spend a lot of money in food (with a consequent increase in calories, weight and money spent) in order to get the protein we need.
There are protein supplements formulated according to the principle of "cellular nutrition" which have a percentage of absorption of about 98%, allowing you to get quality protein, so a best physical shape and greater wellness, saving money, concern about weight gain and time for cook, supplements such as the Protein Drink Mix and Formula 3.
