Gisele Bundchen planks Jimmy Fallon

Last night, Under Armour spokeswoman Gisele Bündchen made it clear that she's working with some serious strength on The Tonight Show.  After Jimmy Fallon showed off an awesome Instagram photo of Gisele holding a headstand on the beach, she taught him a move a little more his speed:  a one-minute plank pose.  Once the two tried to set up the exercise with proper alignment (his backside was up in the air more than we'd recommend), Gisele showed Jimmy some more challenging variations with a lifted leg and an added push-up.  Watch to see for yourself, and try them at home!
