Funny '80s Aerobic Workout to Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off"

I'm not sure how someone thought to pair an aerobic dance video with Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off", but it is sheer perfection.  Somehow the women's oh-so-attractive high-waisted briefs, the poofy hair and scrunchies, the slouchy '80s socks, the men's tight-ass shiny royal-blue leotards — they all complement the beat and the message of that song so well.  Go ahead — slip on your leotard and do some grapevines along!

And to blow your aerobics- and Taylor-Swift-loving minds even more, this video is from 1989, which also happens to be the name of her new album and the year she was born.  Mind.  Blown.

NYC Marathon Runner Took Funny Selfies With Guys During Race

Meet Kelly Roberts.  She just completed the New York City Marathon, and along the way managed to take over 20 selfies with unsuspecting men to help her find a little extra motivation to make it to the finish line.  And depending on who you ask, this was completely hilarious or sadly objectifying (thoughts?).  On her blog Run, Selfie, Repeat, Kelly describes how running became her "lifeline", helping her overcome the death of her brother and deal with her own issues of body dysmorphia.  She now hopes to inspire others to run with her own story.

Signs From the NYC Marathon

For the almost 50,000 runners who took to the streets to run the New York City Marathon in freezing conditions, motivation was integral to their success.  As someone who has run a few half marathons, the support of the crowd cannot be stressed enough.  The minute you think you can't go on, the screams from the sidelines have the power to propel you forward.  And in a sea of faces, the motivational posters that peek out through the crowds can manage to make you smile even if you have blood blisters forming on your toes.
