Mangiare troppo poco rallenta il metabolismo

Lo sapevi che per perdere peso e mantenerlo,bisognerebbe mangiare piu' volte al giorno? Saltare i pasti o mangiare troppo poco non aiuta, anzi e' solo pericoloso per la salute. Il nostro organismo ha bisogno di una quantita' sufficente di calorie per sprigionare energia e fare piu' pasti controllati e' un modo per accellerare il metabolismo e sentirci bene! Quindi oltre ai pasti principali , e' bene inserire anche spuntini poco calorici e possibilmente proteici,magari alternando o prediligendo proteine vegetali!
