.......Tropical shake for breakfast and it will have to be a Vanilla F1 with chocolate soya milk and a drop or two of peppermint essence for lunch me thinks. Todays goal is hydration, didn't get enough yesterday so plenty of water and fat burning tea for me today to get my hydration levels boosted!
