Group Fitness Session Information.

As Health Options Now, we run group fitness for the community. If you can do a lunge, squat and walk briskly, our sessions are for you!  Bring along a friend, free first session to try us out.  For those who are not on our products, the cost is $7 per session or $15 for 3 or more sessions per week. We run the sessions in blocks to co-incide with the QLD school terms. Bookings appreciated by text 0410 388563.  Ask me how you could get your group sessions for FREE!!

Our sessions are all conducted in Arthur Davis Park and are as follows-

Mondays and Wednesdays  6 - 7 pm  - Attitude - A high intensity interval training session that is suited to you. Nigel changes these constantly, so no two sessions are the same, keeps it interesting!  Just bring your water bottle and smiles!! 

Tuesdays and Thursdays  9 - 10 am- Rotating between Mix It, Dance Fit, TRP and Nice and Easy. Wendy will provide you with some cardio and strength moves to help you burn those calories, and tone up.  Mix It is a combined session, TRP (The Right Places) is all about your tummy, butt and thighs, and Dance Fit is just good fun. Nice and Easy is a session focussed on toning and stretching.  All to music, its a great healthy happy hour. Bring along a thick yoga mat, some light hand weights, water and your groove.

Saturdays at 08.15 am -  is our FREE community Funfit session.  Bring along your thick yoga mat, water and relaxing vibes.

So you see, three sessions a week, along with a walk/jog for at least 30 minutes on a day in between and you have a complete program!  All of our sessions include some information about Health Active Lifestyle, and optional Rebuild H24 Shake.
