It's lovely!! 15g of protein, 108 calories, 20 vitamins and minerals, mixed with water, vanilla flavour (taste likes Mr Whippy ice cream to me!) Great for a high protein snack or add 2 scoops of Formula 1, 2 scoops of Protein Mix Drink and 250ml of water!!! Sat back and enjoying the view from my office window lol xx
