Mint choc chip available from tomorrow yes.......Tropical shake for breakfast and it will have to be a Vanilla F1 with chocolate soya milk and a drop or two of peppermint essence for lunch me thinks. Todays goal is hydration, didn't get enough yesterday so plenty of water and fat burning tea for me
