I'm Dayna, Herbalife Independent Distributor and Wellness Coach, and I'm uber excited to welcome you to my blog!
It's my first time blogging and I hope to use it to share and document my wellness journey and offer some motivation and tips for those of you also seeking to live well in all its forms. I may even air some concerns and frustrations for my own mental health 
. I also want to hear from you. So let me know if there are any topics you'd like me to post on and I welcome your feedback. It's a journey I've long put off but I'm so glad that I finally got started!
Disclaimer: I'm gonna come at you from all ends and parts of the spectrum (physical & mental health, fitness, nutrition, money, etc.) because I believe wellness is multi-faceted. But that's for another blog post.

An extensive questionnaire generated responses from more than 200 U.S. Herbalife Independent Distributors about their weight-loss programs and results. They reported weight loss ranging from 4 pounds to 167 pounds and a reduced body mass index (BMI) of 1.5 points to 24.1 points, suggesting that consumption of Herbalife® products is associated with weight loss and improvement in BMI in those ranges.
