Florafibre is a unique food supplement which contributes to your daily intake of fibre.
Fibre is known to keep the digestive tract healthy by providing bulk and decreasing the transit time in the gut. Research has shown that many people do not reach the recommended daily fibre intake of 25g a day. A fibre supplement along with healthy sources of fibre such as fruit, vegetables and wholegrain foods can help to increase your fibre intake.
