Formula 3 Cell Activator® is the third leg of Herbalife's Core Cellular Nutrition program, after Formula 1 (the shake) and Formula 2 (the multivitamin). Where those two put nutrition in, Formula 3 is about what your cells do with it.

The key ingredient is alpha-lipoic acid, which supports normal mitochondrial energy production and helps regenerate antioxidant activity within the cells*. Aloe vera is in there too, which may help support the body's absorption of micronutrients*.

Take one capsule twice a day with your Formula 1 shake or with meals. The 60-capsule bottle is a month at that rate. If you already have the shake and the multivitamin, this is usually the next thing a distributor suggests, because the three were designed to go together.

The question people ask is whether they need it if they're already on Formula 1 and 2. Plenty of people stop at two. Formula 3 is for the ones who want the full program, and it's a small capsule that's easy to add.

Instructions
