Oat Apple Fibre 204 g

Why We Love It

Most people know they should eat more fibre — and then they don't, because it means rethinking actual meals. Oat Apple Fibre skips that step. It's a straightforward blend of soluble and insoluble fibres you stir into whatever you're already drinking or eating, no recipe required. The oat and apple base keeps it from tasting medicinal, which matters when you're trying to build a habit that sticks. One serving, a cup of liquid, done. Nothing fancy, nothing difficult — just the fibres your diet's probably missing anyway.
