I have noticed that increasing my skim milk intake per day to mix with the delicious shakes created a social challenge. OOPs too much wind! Does this happen to you?
Try changing to SOY milk rather that dairy (after all cow's milk is best for baby cows right?).
Alternatively you can make the shakes with water.
Try this recipe:
3 scoops of your favourite flavour /s - mix it up a bit for fun,
half a banana (good potassium),
a handful of frozen berries such as raspberries and
300 ml of water.
Add protein powder if you feel the need for extra (especially if you are a bigger person)
Blend it all and hey presto - yummy shake - no milk!
