Where to buy Herbalife (and why not on Amazon)

You won't find Herbalife at the supermarket, the pharmacy or the vitamin store. Herbalife sells only through independent Herbalife distributors, people who run their own Herbalife business. You buy from them, and they look after you as a customer.

Three ways to buy

1. From a distributor's shop on herbalife.com

Most customers buy this way. Each distributor has their own shop on Herbalife's website. You choose your products there, pay Herbalife directly, and the order is shipped to your door. Prices are set by Herbalife. In the US and the UK the shops are on herbalife.com. In some other countries, including Canada, Italy, India and Australia, they are still on GoHerbalife.

2. From a distributor in person

Many distributors meet customers, help them choose and get products to them by hand. This is the way to go if you want advice before you buy, or help working a shake or a tea into your day.

3. A drink at a Herbalife Nutrition Club

If you'd rather have a shake or a loaded tea made for you, Nutrition Clubs do that. Every club is run by an independent distributor, so it is the same products bought a different way. The difference between a club and a distributor is explained in its own article.

What about Amazon, eBay and other marketplace sites?

You will see Herbalife products listed on marketplace sites. Herbalife doesn't sell there, and its rules don't let its distributors list products there. So a marketplace listing comes from a seller Herbalife doesn't stand behind. You can't tell how old the product is, how it was stored, or whether it is genuine. Buying from a distributor means:

• the product comes from Herbalife, in date and sealed;
• Herbalife's customer satisfaction guarantee applies (ask your distributor how it works);
• you have a real person to ask about the product and how to use it.
