What's the difference between a Herbalife Nutrition Club and a Herbalife Independent Distributor?

The short answer: every Herbalife Nutrition Club is run by an independent Herbalife distributor, but most distributors don't run a club. Both sell the same Herbalife products. The difference is how you get them.

What is an independent Herbalife distributor?

An independent distributor is a person who runs their own Herbalife business. Herbalife sells only through distributors, so every Herbalife product a customer buys comes through one. A distributor:

  • helps you choose products and shows you how to use them;
  • has their own shop on herbalife.com (or GoHerbalife in some countries), where you order for delivery to your home;
  • stays in touch, so you can ask questions as you go.

Many work from home or meet customers wherever suits them.

What is a Herbalife Nutrition Club?

A Nutrition Club is a place where a distributor makes shakes and teas for you to drink there or take away. Many clubs are small spots in a strip mall with a counter and a few tables. Regulars come back daily, so a club often feels like a neighborhood hangout. Clubs usually have a name of their own, and the people behind the counter are distributors or work with one.

Which is right for you?

  • You want to try a loaded tea or a shake first: a club lets you taste before you buy anything.
  • You want to make your own at home: a distributor will help you choose the products and order them.
  • You want a product a club doesn't serve, like supplements or skin care: a distributor can order anything in the Herbalife range.
  • Both: plenty of people visit a club and also buy products for home from a distributor, often the same person.
