Is it just me or does the bikini on the beach thought fill everyone with shivers. ???

There is no mistaking the dramatic and positive effect Herbalife has had on my body, my mind, my life even. Having lost three and a half stone, or 49lbs. Reduced my body fat be over 10%, gained a stone of lean muscle mass and dropped three-four dress sizes, I am feeling and looking better than ever before due to HERBALIFE and I will be forever great full for the day I tried my first Shake.

But I have a wee belly, pot belly or a Truffle Shuffle lol
I am a Glasgow girl with a sweet tooth, and I know that its the sugar thats stopping me loosing this last bit of fat round my middle. Having been brought up with a granny that was partial to a pineapple tart *or two and a school that sold caramel shortcake at breakfast time, its no wonder I crave the sweet stuff from time to time.
