Lacking in energy? Need to feel revived?
Instant Herbal Beverage contains tea extracts plus natural caffeine powder from tea, which can help you feel more energised and aid your concentration and alertness.
I am truely loving the tea, my favourite flavour is the original, I like it hot with no sugar. Only 6.2 calories a cup which is such a bonus and can be counted towards your recommended daily water consumption!
Why do I love it?
Well it's like switching on the lights for me. That first cup in the morning and it's 'ping' I am up and I am alive and ready to go!! I'm probably drinking around 5 cups a day now and is the perfect pick me up at 3pm before I go to pick up the kids from school.
Time to pop the kettle on.......
