So its Sunday January 20th. Its been a blast getting into this business!
I have met some of thee most amazing people who have helped train me up so I can now help others take control of their health & fitness goals.
Did you ever look at a product and think "aw too good to be true", well I did before I really give Herbalife a chance, I used to be the strong advocate for get everything you need from normal everyday food.
Now that I have been on the product and found how much of the health benefits I have felt, all I can say is WOW.
I suffer from Fibromyalgia. I have been dealing with this illness for around 15 yrs. 10 of those years without a diagnosis. About 5 yrs ago I had a few major fupars happen in my life all at once.
I left an abusive marriage after 6 yrs without contact with my family.
Within 4 weeks of being back with my family my beautiful mum was diagnoised with terminal cancer and no treatment was available because it was just to far gone.
I was living in a rented room, with no where to really call home.
My confidence was at an all time low and my weight was on the rise.
Within 13 weeks I buried my mum, lost my gorgeous dog Solo to cancer too and in the space of 24 hrs was homeless living between 2 aunts and a cousins home, depending on who had a bed free.
At the end of my mums suffering during a lift to make her comfortable I prolapsed disc's in my lower back and then the real trouble began.
I was clear outa action. My days at the gym were over and surgery was on the cards.
The waiting list was 3 yrs and unfortunatley thats how long I went being pretty much completely incapasitabted. I couldnt walk far, couldnt dress myself, couldnt boil a kettle, fill a hot water bottle put on my own socks and shoes. Thank godness I had found a new caring partner as without him I would have been lost.
So over the 3 yrs I gained between 8 or 9 stone, was poured into a size 22 and at 5 foot exactly you can guess that was BIG for my size. I was depressed and fed up and after the surgery to repair my spine I began to take back my life.
I began with walking and sometimes it was simply 5 mins just to the end of the row of houses. Then I progressed to Swimming which really helped with my spine and got me more mobile. I then was able to finally get back to the gym! Heaven.
In the 18 months post surgery I lost just over 5 stone before I found Herbalife.
In that time I qualified as a Professionl Fitness Instructor teaching Gym and Exercise to Music, finally I was finding my place in life. I was able to begin help others to get their fitness and health goals achieved.
Then I qualified as a Pilates instructor and began my business with Herbalife after taking the products for 5 weeks after losing a whoping 1 stone 8 lb!
I didnt just lose weight I noticed other differences. I had more energy. My morning BRAIN FOG had dissappeared and I wasnt making stupid mistakes at work that threatened my employment security! My pain symptons had reduced so I was off Tramadol and occassionaly used over the counter co-codamol to cope with pain from my Flare ups. This was a major difference as the pain killers really play havoc with all body systems. My IBS dissappears an all was regular. This was a big deal as I no longer experienced bloating in my stomach!
I was sleeping better with the use of Niteworks and I could finally cut back on my Trapazone medicaiton under my GP supervision. The final biggy was being able to cut back on my Beta Blocker which helps with aniexty attacks, which I suffered constantly worrying about my performance at the office .
Now my days are filled with smiles, filled with helping others and filled with rewards including financial!
