Shake Recipes of Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix


Welcome, we hope that you enjoy your shakes as much as we do, if you find that making your shake bland on water or you can't drink skim milk use diet cordial as your base, just make it as normal to your taste, you will find that this will add loads of options to your shake with heaps more flavour  without the calories.

With the Formula 1 shakes you can add any one of the following orange, Orange & Mango, Tropical, Apple & Blackberry, Apple & Pear, Raspberry, Raspberry & Apple, even Lime and Ginger Beer Flavour just use your imagination and taste buds.

  •  200mls Apple & Pear Juice(No Sugar)
