I feel like I've been dieting for most of my adult life and I guess you could call me a seasonal dieter. In April 2012 I thought I'd have a crack at another diet which, privately, I believed wouldn't work - but actually, I ended up succeeding in finally shifting and keeping those kilos off! So yes, initially I doubted that this change in lifestyle would be a positive improvement, but twelve months later, I feel and look fantasic.

By using Herbalife products, within 3 days I had lost 1.2 kilos and  within a week - 20cms of body fat and I had lost  2 kilograms. My energy level had also increased dramatically.

I have been on the products for a year and have lost 15kgs and 76.6cms of body fat.

An extensive questionnaire generated responses from more than 200 U.S. Herbalife Independent Distributors about their weight-loss programs and results. They reported weight loss ranging from 4 pounds to 167 pounds and a reduced body mass index (BMI) of 1.5 points to 24.1 points, suggesting that consumption of Herbalife® products is associated with weight loss and improvement in BMI in those ranges.
