It's a company which has taken quite a battering recently.(to be fair they stood up to it and more than survived it)

A documentary "Betting On Nothing" also "exposed" Herbalife. It was basically a bunch of disgruntled ex-reps who blamed the company for their lack of success.

The forex and crypto community get away with murder when it comes to false claims.

False claims (financial and medical) are now not tolerated by governing bodies and Herbalife has been quick to embrace this new stance.

Who Is Herbalife?

- Herbalife are a Multi-Level Marketing Company that have traded in the UK since 1984. (it was founded in 1980)

- In terms of sales volume and growth they are the number 1 nutrition company in the world.

- They sponsor hundreds of professional athletes, most notably Cristiano Ronaldo, and dozens of teams and events.

-  They have a nutrition advisory board of 300+ doctors.

- This board is led by Dr David Heber, a legend in nutritional science and Dr Louis Ignarro, a nobel prize winner in medicine.

- Herbalife products are weight management, personal care, healthy daily nutrition and sports nutrition with billions of dollars in sales annually.

- It trades on the prestigious New York Stock Exchange.

- It's most notable product, The Formula 1 Shake is the number 1 meal replacement in the world with roughly 1 third of the market and at the time of writing 
is the only meal replacement that can legally be called a meal.
