Get in shape girl!
One year I requested the get in shape girl ribbon from Father Christmas and was lucky enough to recieve it although not grateful enough to actually use it!

And so began my trials and tribulations with exercise, food and my body image. Around five years ago, I got into yoga, and found the only exercise that I have never got bored with. My practice is still going strong and two years ago I started a Yoga & Well-being retreat in Spain. Through my yoga friends I found Herbalife. I was introduced to the shakes and started drinking them to have more energy and manage my weight and have recently become a distributor. They work for me, not to mention the millions of other success stories over their 30 year history.
So, my project for the next 6 months is to share what Ive learnt since using the Herbalife products. My good friend Kay has agreed to be my guinea pig for the next 6 months, following the Herbalife plan and gym work out sessions. And not only that, she has kindly agreed to have her progress documented in a published blog with a photo diary!! That's friendship!
We will both be sharing our experiences on this 6 month journey in this blog, as well as posting photos, tips and recipes.
