Get in shape girl!
As mentioned in the previous blog, sometimes everyday life can "get in the way" of a weight-loss plan. The key to losing weight, is to keep going.
Of course there will be days when you eat something that isnt within your health plan. There will be times when you cant make it to the gym, because you are ill, have other engagements or are just too dam weak to force yourself to go (even though you know how great you will feel once you've done your work out!)
So I cant express this enough, THE KEY TO LOSING WEIGHT AND LIVING A HEALTHIER LIFE IS TO KEEP GOING!

Once you're on your way to reaching your target weight, you can start to have a few of those carbohydrates you used to crave, but the key is to reintroduce them in small steps.
To keep your weight off for good, certain carbohydrates should continue to be restricted. This doesn't mean you can never have a baked potato or a plate of spaghetti again, but it does suggest that products made with white sugar, white flour and certain root vegetables should be a rare culinary event.
