I think the best piece of advice I can give and that I’ve been given on a weight-loss / health kick mission is: Dont worry about falling off the wagon, it’s bound to happen.  Just remember to get back on it.

After a week of stop starting, due to an injury making going to the gym impossible, lots of birthday celebrations involving way too much alcohol to be deemed as an ok allowance on the weight loss programme, guests coming to stay and encouraging glasses of wine and olives on a nightly basis (easily led I hear you say) this is week is the beginning of a new healthy lifestyle and myself and Kay are once again long distance passengers on the weight-loss wagon.

I’m very pleased to say that there have been a number of new Herbalifer's since the last blog.  One who is a Type 1 Diabetic who is enjoying the shakes for breakfast, another who wants to feel fighting fit and full of energy and another who is determined to shift a few stubborn pounds!

This is high intensity training which claims to burn fat and get you fit in 2 x 4 minute sessions of 20 second bursts followed by 10 seconds of rest.
