Get in shape girl!
I was very skeptical about the shakes as Im a real food lover, but Im finding them really filling and tasty. So, Im now down to eating 1200 calories a day. I have a food diary which helps me not cheat.
As for the gym, last week was very disapionting for me as my favourite spinning teacher had disapeared and he is the only reason I do spinning....last night however we had the paddle guy take the class. OMG! Amazing! This morning I can hardly walk, his music was amazing and Jess, Lindz and myself were buzzing after class. (Jess has a school girl crush on Senor Paddle Instructor!!!) Unfortunately for Jess, my fit spinning instructor is back next Monday!!! Yey Roll on Monday!!!!!
Lindz started the gym with us last week and is doing really well and loving the classes and spa and gossip....I left my food diary in her car last Wednesday, she thought it was a gift from her hubby Steve untill she turned to the first page and it read..."Licked top of Cup cake!" hahahaha....
KAYS TOP TIP
To help with my boredom at work and my fittness whilst Im doing my telesales, I google spinning and yoga and body power and read all about them. Its really helped me with my techniques and as all the instructors are Spanish it gives me a better understanding of what they are shouting in class.....The best advice I found that has given me the most help is NEVER wear a thong to a spinning class!
Yeah, yeah! I may have mentioned that I have a crush on Mr Paddle Instructor, and now everyone who reads this knows, but worse still, Kay knows, so Im sure he will figure it out in no time, with all the giggling and hysterics going on in the spin class ;)
Week 3 in and kay is doing exceptionally well. Im lucky to have such a focussed gym buddy. And she is already a goddess, but by follwing this 6 month plan, she will be even more of a goddess!
I have taken all of Kays vital statistics, including body fat, muscle mass, bone density, hydration, visceral fat and metabolic age. From these results we know her Protein Factor- which is the amount of protein she should be eating to get optimal results, increase her metabolism, and most importantly get rid of fat.
Weight: 53.6kilos. Height: 5ft. BMI: 21.5. Body Fat 23.6%. Muscle: 38.8 kilos. Hydration: 55.8% Visceral Fat: 2
I have put Kay on 1 shake a day. She has agreed to replace her breakfast with the shake and as she usually eats porridge, as she is "ravenous" (her words) in the morning, Ive advised her to make it into a type of muesli/ porridge by adding some oats and fruit.
In total she will be eating 1200 calories a day, eating 5 times a day, drinking at least 2 litres of water and 72-73 grams of protein each day. Along with the exercise regime, sticking to 1200 calories and eating 72-73 grams of protein is KEY to Kays weight loss and fat burn.

10 minutes of har laughing burns 50 calories. (If youre gym sessions are anything like mine and Kays, thats at least another 200 calories burned) SO LAUGH AND BE HAPPY :)
